📋 Form overview & folders

The form overview under “Your forms” is the home page of your account: this is where you find, organise and manage all your forms — with folders, search, filters and actions for several forms at once.

The list

Each row shows the most important information about the form:

Column Meaning
Title The internal form title. A click opens the form in the editor.
Status Active or Inactive. Only active forms can be accessed by visitors.
Submissions Number of form submissions — clickable, takes you straight to the submissions list.
Views Number of form views.
Last submission When someone last submitted this form.
Last edited When you last changed the form.

All columns can be sorted by clicking the column header. Your browser remembers your sorting.

Above the list you will find:

  • Search — searches your forms by title.
  • Filter — All / Active / Inactive.
  • The “Create new form” and “Templates” buttons.

Folders & subfolders

In the left sidebar you organise your forms in folders — e.g. by team, office location or purpose:

  • “New folder” creates a top-level folder. For each top-level folder you can create subfolders (one level).
  • Clicking a folder filters the list to its forms. “All forms” and “No folder” are always available.
  • Each folder shows the number of its forms as a badge.
  • Via a folder's context menu you can rename or delete it. When deleting, all forms are kept — they end up under “No folder” again; subfolders of a deleted top-level folder become top-level folders.

Moving forms works in two ways:

  1. Drag & drop: Simply drag a form onto a folder in the sidebar.
  2. Bulk action: Tick the forms → “Move to folder” (see below).

💡 Folders are purely internal organisation — they have no effect on how visitors see or access your forms.

Editing several forms at once (bulk actions)

Tick several forms on the left of the list — an action bar appears with:

  • Move to folder — move all selected forms into a folder (or “No folder”).
  • Activate / Deactivate — set the status for all selected forms.
  • Delete — irrevocably delete the selected forms, including submissions and statistics (with a confirmation prompt).
  • Clear selection.

Actions per form

Via a row's action menu you can directly:

  • Edit form (open the editor)
  • Open form (opens the live form)
  • Copy form link
  • Copy form (creates a duplicate)
  • View form submissions / View form views
  • Activate/deactivate form
  • Delete form
