For developers & AI agents
Before you code an onOffice form yourself.
propform already handles the form, writing to onOffice, the PDF and the signature. You or your AI agent set everything up via the MCP server or the REST API – your first form is free.

Why not just build it yourself?
A form is quick to build. The part after that isn’t: reading the onOffice field configuration including individual fields, detecting duplicates, setting links, creating separate search profiles for buying and renting, filing files, generating PDFs, collecting signatures, GDPR, hosting and every onOffice release. propform has been doing that for years for over 400 real estate companies.
- Writes addresses, properties, search profiles, activities, tasks, appointments, links and files
- Duplicate check and pre-fill via the onOffice UUID
- PDF with signature in the document
- Servers in Germany, DPA included
The MCP server.
Streamable HTTP at https://propform.io/mcp. Sign-in via OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, no API key. The user signs in to propform and chooses the permissions.
- Search fields in the onOffice field configuration
- Create and edit forms, fields, rules, emails and PDF templates
- Check forms for common mistakes (audit_form)
- Listed in the official MCP Registry as io.propform/propform
How an AI agent sets up propform.
An agent can take over almost everything. Only the account and the onOffice connection are set up by the human, because that needs their consent.
- 1. Create a free account on propform.io
- 2. Connect onOffice: activate it in the onOffice Marketplace or add an API user
- 3. Connect the agent to https://propform.io/mcp
- 4. The agent builds the form, checks it and returns the editor link for review
REST API and webhooks.
For automations without AI there’s the REST API with an API key: forms, fields, rules, PDF templates, letterheads, staff, account settings and webhooks. Webhooks deliver every submission as signed JSON.
- Reference with examples in five languages
- HMAC-signed webhooks
- Field reference generated automatically from the code
Machine-readable from the start.
For language models there’s a short description at /llms.txt. Help, API reference and changelog are public and available in five languages.
- propform.io/llms.txt
- Public help and API reference
- Changelog with everything new
