Explanation

With this form, you can have chatGPT generate your own property description text, which is saved directly in a field you define in onOffice for the property (e.g. property description) once submitted. To use this feature, you’ll need an OpenAI API secret, which you can create at platform.openai.com and save in your proform.io account settings. You can then access the ChatGPT functionality in the form settings of any form.

Instructions

1. Create an account at platform.openai.com and generate an API secret.
2. Save your OpenAI API secret in the proform.io settings
3. Copy the form and activate it.
4. Optional: Add further fields for writing style, target audience or similar to the form and supplement the AI instruction with macros pointing to the specified fields.

• The API integration works with your own OpenAI API secret, which you enter in the propform.io settings. To do this, you need to create a free OpenAI account at https://platform.openai.com – OpenAI provides a free $5 credit when you create an account.
• Creating text using this sample form with GPT-4 incurs approx. 3–5 cents in API costs with OpenAI. With GPT 3.5 Turbo, it’s only a fraction of that – around 0.5 cents.
• You can also join the GPT-4 API waiting list on OpenAI. I waited about 5 days for my account to be activated.
• As the API call is executed in real time after the form is submitted so that the text is displayed immediately on the results/thank you page, it may take a moment for the submission to go through after you click on "Generate text".
